Original Chimichurri Sauce




Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 1/2  cups canola oil  
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano or 1 Tbs dry oregano 
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves of garlic crushed and chopped
  • 1 Tbs chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • salt to taste 
Warm the liquids (vinegar, canola oil, water).
Add garlic, parsley, pepper, chili flakes, and salt.
Pour the mix in a jar and refrigerate. The longer it sits the better it gets.
